Really works. Initially, I took two in the morning and two in the afternoon for two months. I felt fantastic and noticeably calmer during this time. I have adrenal fatigue and high cortisol, which led to this medication being prescribed to me. After a bout of extreme stress, I paused for about six weeks due to another treatment. Now I’ve resumed taking this drug, and by the second week, I noticed the same calming effects, with panic attacks becoming less severe.
